Not so out of reach, is it?

A couple years ago, I wrote a term paper that mentioned that as far as technological advances went, we were making so many that we could hardly keep up with ourselves. Things that were once only conceivable via something like Star Trek are popping up all around us.

Its happening again. While this project has been in development for a few years, it looks like its about to go public soon.

Eventually, it might be affordable (current price is estimated around 5-10k, which actually isnt that bad...). When it is, I want one. I also want the version thats wall-mountable.

I wonder how long itll take them to implement a 3D holographic feature?
